As per your instructions, our booking process and payment terms are as follows: 1. Mandatory Platform Fee (अनिवार्य प्लेटफ़ॉर्म शुल्क) To finalize and confirm any hotel or resort room booking, the customer must first pay a determined platform fee. Booking Rule: Payment of the platform fee is mandatory and must be paid online in advance. Confirmation: The room booking will be considered valid, and the booking confirmation will be issued only after the successful payment of this fee. 2. Room Payment (कमरे के शुल्क का भुगतान) The remaining and full charge for the room (excluding the platform fee) must be paid directly at the hotel/resort. Payment Rule: The customer must make the hotel/resort room payment only at the outlet (reception). Procedure: This payment can be made at the time of check-in/check-out (as per the hotel's policy). This payment will not be accepted online during the booking process.
